PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A screenshot from our final product

I created a Gantt chart which covered the weekly schedule of our project, deadlines, meetings, and classtimes.

A monthly view allowed us to better understand the deadlines according to a standard calendar.

The task box allowed us to have leadership roles for various parts of the project.

The Gantt chart gave a more detailed view of who was responsible for what during the research process.

COLORFUL JUNK
For a research project with a partner, I created a Gantt chart which allowed us to understand the precise responsibilities each of us had for the project and when we were expected to complete those responsibilities. It aided us in our final write-up as well as staying ahead of the deadlines for the research.

A basic Gantt chart allowed me to visualize when certain steps would transition.

A section of the spreadsheet I created acted as a resource for understanding how complete each shot was.

A calendar view helped me understand when I could expect to present my work.

PERSONAL ANIMATION
In order to maintain my workflow during an animation course at Texas A&M University, I created a spreadsheet which kept track of which pieces of the film I had completed as well as when I would encounter deadlines.
