PREPARING RESEARCHERS, EDUCATORS, AND PARENTS (PREP)

With a research team from the Department of Educational Psychology, I assisted in the design and development of a 40-hour online course aligned with the RBT Task List to provide educators of students with autism the material necessary to understand and execute behavioral strategies in a classroom environment.

Responsibilities included:

• consulting with experts in the field of educator training

• designing and developing interactive modules

• directing filming sessions to create videos

• designing and developing a training simulation to assist in teaching a behavior reduction principle
